Microsoft Excel is a SPREADSHEET Program MS-EXCEL is most popular spreadsheet in the windows environment. A spreadsheet is generic term for a software package that simulates a paper worksheet often used by people in management. It supports fast calculations, what-if analysis, chart (also called graphs), automatic recalculation and has other powerful features. Like most applications on windows, Excel incorporates all the user-friendly features of Windows.
You can do using excel :
Layout a worksheet.
Calculate numbers.
Making change of data.
Undo any work.
Spell checking.
Print Preview.
Formatting data.
Sorting data.
Creating data.
Statistical calculation of data.
Before you start MS word, you should check out the followings :
- On the num lock in your keyboard.
- Off the caps lock in your keyboard.

- System menu/control box.
- File menu.
- Quick access toolbar.
- Page Layout tab/menu.
- Title of the file.
- Title of the program.
- Minimize button.
- Maximize or restore button.
- Close button.
- Vertical scrollbar.
- Horizontal scrollbar.
- Sheet tab.
- Status bar.
