recording a macro
To record a macro follow these instructions :
Select MACRO from the Tools menu.
Or click on Macros at the MACROS option from the View tab.
Click on RECORD NEW MACRO or RECORD MACRO.
Type Macro Name and click on KEYBOARD.
Press SHIFT + F6. Click on ASSIGN and then click on CLOSE.
Now the macro will record whatever you type.
Click on STOP RECORDING button to stop the recording.
