creating password protection
To create password protection follow these instructions :
To protect your document from other you can use password.
First open your desired document you want to be password protected.
Click on SAVE AS from File menu bar and then click on OPTION button.
Or Click on INFO from File menu, click on PROTECT DOCUMENT and then click on Encrypt With Password to full block or Restrict Editing for block only editing.
Enter your password and re-enter the password.
Click on OK button.
