removing duplicates from database
To remove duplicates from database follow these instructions :
Using this option you can remove a data if it exists more than once. Excel will remove all but one of a single valued data. For example if 'Hasan' exists 4 times, Excel will remove last 3 of these.
Select your data range.
Choose REMOVE DUPLICATES option from the DATA menu.
Or click on REMOVE DUPLICATES at the middle of the DATA TOOLS option from the Data tab.
Choose your required option(s) and field(s).
Click on OK.
