opening a workbook
To open an existing excel workbook follow these instructions (Ctrl + O) :
Click the FILE option from the MENU BAR.
From the drop down menu select OPEN option.
The open dialog box will be displayed.
Select the file you want to work with and click on OPEN button.
Or type the file name to the FILE NAME box and click on OPEN button.
