validating data in database
To validate data in database follow these instructions :
Select your data range.
Choose DATA VALIDATION option from the DATA menu.
Or click on DATA VALIDATION at the middle of the DATA TOOLS option from the Data tab and select DATA VALIDATION.
Choose your required option(s).
Click on OK.
To remove data validation rule choose Any Value at the ALLOW box.
