moving from one column to another
To move from one column to another for the first time follow these instructions (Ctrl + Shift + Enter) :
To move from one column to another column for the first time without fulfilling the previous column.
Point the cursor at the end of the text of the column.
Click on BREAK from the INSERT menu, select COLUMN BREAK and click on OK.
Or click on the Breaks icon at the top right corner of the PAGE SETUP option from the Page Layout tab and click on COLUMN.
To move from one page to another page without fulfilling the previous page select PAGE BREAK or click on PAGE or press the similar shortcut key once or more than once.
