creating newspaper columns
To create newspaper columns follow these instructions :
Click on COLUMNS from the FORMAT menu.
Or click on the Columns icon at the mid-right of the PAGE SETUP option from the Page Layout tab and select MORE COLUMNS.
A dialog box will appear.
Select or write desire number of columns.
Click on OK.
