using format painter
To use format painter follow these instructions :
Select the formatted text the format of which text you want to copy.
Click on the Format Painter icon from the Standard toolbar.
Or click on the Format Painter icon at the bottom right of the Clipboard option from Home tab.
Now just select the text at which you want to apply the copied format.
If you want to copy the format for more than one text, double click on the icon, just select the text to be applied the format and press Esc key when complete.
