To distribute rows or columns equally in a table follow these instructions :
Select multiple rows or columns.
Click on DISTRIBUTE ROWS / COLUMNS EQUALLY.
Or click on the Distribute Rows / Columns icon at the right of the CELL SIZE option from the Layout tab.
