formatting a table automatically
To format a table automatically follow these instructions :
Point the cursor in any cell of the table.
Select TABLE AUTO FORMAT from the TABLE menu, select any style and click on OK.
Or click on any one style / format at the TABLE STYLES option from the Design tab.
