inserting graphics

Point the cursor on your worksheet were you want to insert the graphics.

Click PICTURE and select CLIP ART from the INSERT menu.

Or click on the Clip Art icon at the middle of the ILLUSTRATIONS option from the Insert tab, select on media types and click on GO.

Select the name of the Graphics file to be inserted from the file list.

Click on INSERT.

Or Copy the file and Paste in the document.

Click on CLOSE or Close icon.
