changing zoom
To change zoom follow these instructions :
Click on VIEW menu and select ZOOM.
Or Click on the Zoom icon at the left of the ZOOM option from the View tab.
A Zoom dialog box will appear.
Select required option from ZOOM TO options.
Click on OK.
