creating a new workbook


To create a new workbook follow these instructions (Ctrl + N) :
All Excel files are workbooks. It is like as a binder. This binder contains one or more sheets, which can be thought of as pages within the binder. Workbooks can contain Worksheet, cart sheets, macro sheets and dialog sheets.

Click the FILE option from the MENU BAR.

From the drop down menu select NEW option.

From the new dialog box click OK (or select BLANK DOCUMENT and click CREATE).
