using cut, copy, paste
To use cut, copy, paste follow these instructions (Ctrl + X, C, V) :
Select the text you want to cut or copy.
Click on CUT or COPY from the Standard toolbar.
Or move the mouse pointer at the highlighted text. Click the right mouse button and select CUT or COPY from the drop down Short Cut menu.
If you select CUT the text will be removed and copied to the clipboard and if you select COPY the text will exist and copied to the clipboard. Now :
Position the cursor where you want to paste the text.
Click on PASTE from the Standard toolbar.
Or move the mouse pointer at the highlighted text. Click the right mouse button and select PASTE from the drop down Short Cut menu.
The text will be pasted at the new position.
